Do you handle permits for demolition?
Yes. We pull the required demolition permits and coordinate inspections. You do not have to deal with the municipality.
Can you do interior-only demolition?
Yes. We handle interior demo for renovation projects, removing walls, flooring, fixtures, and finishes while leaving the structure intact.
What happens to the debris?
We haul all debris off site. Concrete, metal, and wood are sorted for recycling where possible. The site is left clean and graded.
Do you disconnect utilities before demolition?
Utility disconnects are confirmed before any demolition starts. Gas, electric, water, and sewer must be shut off and verified, and underground lines get located through JULIE, the Illinois 811 service, before we dig. It is a core part of our OSHA safety-focused process, and it protects your property and the crews on site.
